Residential Smart Home Solutions

From the time I solicited a quote from Justin, up through the day of installation, by Chris and Adam, I have experienced excellent, pleasant, professional, expertise and service. Justin's displayed diligent attention to detail regarding the scope of work when he surveyed the job. Justin quickly also provided a thorough detailed quote, and then addressed all my questions of the quote thereafter . Upon the day of installation, Chris and Adam showed up on time and patiently walked the job with me addressing all questions or concerns that I had prior to starting the installation. Upon starting the installation, both Chris and Adam displayed the knowledge and skill to install the security system professionally. After the installation was complete, both Chris and Adam consulted with my wife and I and tuned the system to our security needs. Also, I would like to thank the office staff for providing me the patience and service required of a rookie customer not familiar with home security technology. As the afore mentioned describes, Sentinel Security Solutions provides my wife and I the comfort level required to assure us that we selected the right home security company to protect us and our our home.

Thanks much Rachel and Daniel for the great service!Seems to be harder and harder to find these days (but, then, you 2 may be to young to remember a very different time when “customer service”—honesty and integrity—truly was the #1 goal of business…Oh, the good old days…😉CT

Sentinel has been a fantastic company to work with. They have maintained excellent customer service over the years in both their customer service department and install team. The panel they installed also integrates well to home and business automation! Thank you Sentinel for exceeding my expectations.

Sentinel has one valuable asset in their employee, Rachel. Rachel assisted us recently with a true security matter. She was professional, listened well, responded with kindness, informational and fast acting. Chris was the tech that responded to our need. He too was fabulous with his attentive, professional and provided quick thinking remedies. Thank you Sentinel for securing great employees that help secure us.

Over the years, we have enjoyed the reliability of equipment and skill set of the employees at Sentinel.

Not only do they have the best hardware on the central coast but their customer service is top notch. People in the office and install tech’s all know there stuff and are ready to help at any point. I would recommend them for any commercial or residential security needs you may have.

I cannot say enough good things about Sentinel Security Solutions. Everyone from Rachel on customer service all the way to Joe, Scott and Daniel on the technical side. They all do an exceptional job. Daniel goes above and beyond to get the job done. I mention one thing and he always takes the time to make sure everything is running smoothly and effectively. Same goes for Scott and Joe. Had a long lasting issue that Joe and Scott were able to accomplish using their amazing teamwork skills. Scott would not quit until it was resolved. Love all the attentive technicians they send out. Sentinel's customer service goes such a long way. Enjoy using their service and everything that comes with it. Keep up the great work y'all! We appreciate the hard work. 🙂

Sentinel Security Solutions has managed my office security system for several years and even upgraded our locks. As we grew and added staff, we could easily go online to their security system website to create new staff alarm codes.

We recently had Sentinel Security Solutions install a complex security system. We are repeat customers for a number of reasons but their technology platform and customer service are second to none! I also have used them for Audio/Video equipment purchase and installation, their work is extremely clean. They sent out Mike and Joe who were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend you call them if you are looking for a security or A/V solution.

We had Sentinel Security Solutions install a brand new security alarm and hd security camera system at our office here in San Luis Obispo. Justin and the team were extremely professional and very helpful in explaining how everything worked. We even got a connection to view our camera feed away from the office. The whole system has a clean design and is easy to use. I definitely recommend Sentinel for any sort of business security system.
